Armenian schools in Lebanon and Syria are facing unprecedented challenges as ongoing political, social and especially economic hardships continue to affect our communities. These circumstances have placed tremendous strain on Armenian educational institutions in Beirut and Aleppo, institutions that remain vital for preserving our language, culture and identity.
It is no secret that Armenian schools are struggling, and it is our shared responsibility to help sustain them and ensure their continued operation. To support this effort, a target amount of $230 per student has been identified for the following schools:
United Armenian College (Bourj Hammoud): 303 students
United Armenian School (Aleppo): 300 students
Karen Jeppe Armenian College (Aleppo): 200 students
